KEITH RUSHFORTH reviews the species in Sorbus section Thibeticae Aldsasoro et al and names a new section, Sorbus section Dunnii Rushforth and nine new species, viz Sorbus burtonsmithii Rushforth, Sorbus guanii Rushforth, Sorbus heseltinei Rushforth, Sorbus hudsonii Rushforth, Sorbus karchungii Rushforth, Sorbus neehamii Rushforth, Sorbus sharmae M. Watson, V. Manandhar & Rushforth, Sorbus spongbergii Rushforth and Sorbus yondeensis Rushforth.
